It was good again that I practiced yesterday. I did primary with some third
series asanas. All asanas of primary were possible (why not, why do I
doubt),...

Arturo! It's Laura again :)
Do you know about the Runways Project I have going on? How much would I adore a photo of your mat in your Kuwait hotel room?!?
I wrote this post with you in mind, looking for a China Runway, but heck, this is almost better.
Have a great time!

Hi Laura
Do you really want me to post the a picture if the mat is the humble hotel towel? I hate to admit I didn't even bring my ultra thin practice mat. I felt hardcore, like those yogis who will pracice on bare wood floors. Since I will be coming here again, next time I will bring a mat. So now it would be a white towel over this rug. Do you want that?
As far as China runway, that's a good idea. I have a yoga painting in my living room and could put a mat on the floor there. (I usually practice in the bedroom.)
cheers,
Arturo
Mise en scene is what the project is about! So if you practiced on a towel, then that's a Runway!
can you send it to me? laura@smallbluepearls.com or you can post it on the Runways Project facebook page.
I'm collecting hundreds of them, so when you get back to China, definitely send one from there too :)
PS actually makes a good back story and is rather inspirational, which is also what the project is about :) so yes to that towel! (which hilariously was auto corrected to 'fowl' which would be funny in a totally different way)
