sequence running heavier

i continued with the asymmetric sequence of VK today. yesterday i went dancing again, for the second day in a row. i danced with Miss Piggy, Minnie Mouse, Danazilla and others. it seems this strengthened my legs. my left leg did not have pain while practicing yoga this morning, although i did not enjoy any further flexibility in binding poses. Susan said she has been running recently and it has helped her practice, so maybe the physical activity outside of yoga is actually helping it.

on the CR front, i've discovered that people actually talk to each other in the FB page of the CR Society. so i welcome that as an added way to stay in track with calorie restriction. i'm somewhat concerned at the moment that i'm five pounds heavier than i want to be. OK, eight pounds heavier. ten pounds? OK, ten. there are practical problems resulting, such as recently tailored clothes potentially not fitting, and yoga poses becoming more difficult, among them. and those are not even health related.
