When I took the pictures, they were my colleagues. Technically today they are my former colleagues. It was a custom in our company to take pictures with everyone on the last day. My new job starts in a week.

I don't know if it's a Chinese or British custom, but the exit from a company here is quite gentle, so the experience is pleasant, not jarring. Not much is done the last day. I didn't take pictures with everybody, since there are too many people.
