i'm still on the asymmetric poses of VK. it must be now for a week. my computer does not have a lot of software in it, as i slowly install it. so here is Grimmly's beautiful Kapotasana clip from a year ago. (hope you don't mind my posting it, Grimmly - i don't have my picture editing software loaded up.)

Hi Arturo,

I googled Chandra moon sequence and your blog post came up! Did you do the sequence with MS? I'm looking at his sequence - how long did it take you to complete it?
Thanks :)
Cory

Dear Cory
I did it several times with his book, but I haven't studied with him. Can you remind me, are you in Singapore, or Australia? Then you could study with him in real life. It's been a while since i have done the moon sequence, but I think it took about 1 hour 45 minutes. It's a beautiful sequence.
Cheers,
Arturo

I'm in Singapore. He's here for a workshop end of the month but it was full. Anyway I wouldn't be able to sign up because it involves going down for class on weekdays, something which I cannot do.

I think I shall go order his book. I tried the first two sequences yesterday just looking off a print out of his poster and I like it :)

This for sharing. Oh which book did you buy by the way?

Dear Cory
I have "Vinyasa Krama - 5 unique sequences" and "Ashtanga Yoga as it is". The moon sequence is in the Vinyasa Krama book. I would say the moon sequence feels yin.
Cheers,
Arturo
