primary standing ebony
i did the full primary this morning, clocking at 2 hours, including Savasana, and excluding any warmup poses. i could not feel my legs while standing preparing breakfast afterwards. i could feel my shoulders. binding in Marichyasana D was not possible. the closing poses where possible in the entirety of their expression.

But did you enjoy it Arturo, been a while since you did the whole series in one go, no? I found mari D interesting, i'd lost some of my flexibility in twisting but had gained some good technique (from the likes of Purnu M) which kind of balanced it out , been getting easier all week. Can you believe you used to do that every morning, find it hard to imaging that I practiced at Sharath's pace for so long.
Dear Grimmly
oh, yea, important question, did i enjoy it? yes, i enjoyed several things, such as a very quiet mind that only got into mental chatter twice and i was able to redirect to the practice, focusing on the bhandas and breath. i also enjoyed the peaceful feeling afterwards. i felt hungry afterwards, since now i'm not eating before practice, except a few pieces of fruit and tea. i also felt sleepy after breakfast.
it is hard to imagine i was practicing all that every day. i will continue with the VK and do the Primary once weekly.
cheers,
Arturo
