Yin Christmas moon

Yesterday morning I did yin yoga. That's the view from the balcony. As I began my practice I mentioned in my intentions the cybershalamates, sending them good wishes. I thanked them for being my teachers, for inspiring me. I picked up my limbs with detachment as if they were someone elses. I didn't listen to physical discomfort and made the shapes. Om.

Later we went to my aunt's for Christmas Eve gathering. Our aunt passed away this year, so we remembered her energetic spirit. It's still present in the tree, decorated as she used to do. My uncle is 92 and energetic.

The moon looked beatiful from the balcony.

Dear Kai
Thanks! Merry Christmas to you too. I found it necessary to practice yoga after going to church with the family, before the Christmas lunch. The movements are such an important part of the day.

Yes, merry christmas Arturo, Boxing day, still counts. Trying to drag myself on to the mat here, ate too much yesterday, feeling heavy and lethargic still. Tree looks nice, haven't done one one for a few years.

Dear Grimmly
Ah, Boxing day - that's always been an interesting name to a holiday, hehe. I am also lethargic today. I ate too much yesterday and sampled four desserts, two in our house and two in my aunt's house. I somehow managed to practice an hour.
Cheers,
Arturo
