late for salsa

Yesterday I did a short practice because I had many important meetings that day to prepare for. In the fog of mental demands at night last night, I forgot to put the alarm so I woke up too late for practice this morning. I will need to meditate. Yesterday they were looking for ideas for our group within the company to entertain at the annual office party. I suggested salsa dancing, directed by our Mexican colleague, who is a fan. Let's see what occurs. I'm not being asked to do a yoga demonstration as I was last year in the previous firm. Wo-hoo for that.
