two two again

I need to retrieve my Manduka from the shala. Maybe I'll go after my practice on Sunday to do so. I don't think I will practice at the shala in December. I'm traveling two weeks this month and my body needs to heal from two injuries. Today I'm researching Urdvha Kukutasana A at home. It's good to be doing inversions again.

Love these poses. Just started looking at building Krama's around some of the tricky 3rd series poses, so a whole practice preparing you for the one pose and then some nice counters. So for Urdhva kukkutasana half lotus standing poses perhaps leading into some half lotus asymm and then lotus sequence but also perhaps karandavasana and bakasana. Doing it as vinyasa krama you have the excuse to really milk the postures. Interesting too to see the effect it will have when I bring the poses back together once a week in 3rd. new project ; )

This is interesting. I have the Vinyasa Yoga book here. Is there another one by Ramaswami with different sequences? I see how he groups standing poses, supine poses and so on. This morning together with Urdvha Kukutasana I did the seven head stands and Karandavasana from the three point headstand base.
