The Baron and the Council of Four

I got out of the house and made it to the shala. I unrolled the mat and practiced. Bamboo Knight told me not to use the wall during Utihita Hasta Padangustasana because I don't engage the bhandas that way. I also need to extend the legs a lot, not contract them, when they are airloft. Betty Vinaigraitte finished her practice early, next to L'Americana. Honeybee Do took her spot. Baron Stanislav joined our practice group. I took an advil after practice because of a left lower back salutation (hi back!). There are four koi fish in the tub of the shala bathroom. On Sunday when I turned on the light they were all in a row looking at me as in a council, so I am referring them as the Council of Four. Most of the time they're just busy about their things, but that morning they needed to inspect me. If there is spiritual materialism, is there professional materialism? Probably, but it's part of survival.
