practiced half throttle
I practiced in between Matty Vinaigraite, who cleans her mat with vinegar water after each practice, and Green Giant. We made a good asana salad. I wanted to do some Intermediate after half of Primary today, but despite getting to the shala 10 minutes earlier, I only got to Pasasana. It seems my practice has slowed down, even at half throttle. I don't know why on a damp, rainy Thursday morning everyone decided to show up. Flora parked next to me, Cobra Chaser across, Moon Pop on the other side of the room, etc. etc.

Thanks! I thought of naming Matty Vinaigratte, Silent Speaker, since her quiet practice speaks volumes. The Radiator is built tough, haha. I sometimes think of a name, then I forget it, but it I get a giggle, it feels good. The person receiving the name may have a different opinion, haha. I don't think my fellow yogis here are reading the blog, as my fellow practitioners in San Francisco might have done.
