led minutes energetic
Today class was led. I arrived right as it was beginning and so where a few others who were running. If we can do this class in an hour and fifteen minutes it points out to too much deepening in getting into the same poses the rest of the week during self practice. The deepening of poses may be for avoidance of pain. Since coming from Japan I've been following CR correctly, weighing and measuring food. I'm back at the weight I was when I arrived here a year and a half ago. It does not translate to more flexibility, unfortunately. But I feel energetic. To get my vitamin RDAs I have to supplement, because I'm not getting them from the food alone. I don't supplement daily, just occasionally.

Hi Arturo, I have had the feeling of being a bit low on energy too, so much that I started also doing some supplements, my favorite is spirulina, oh and also B complexes...
Dear Claudia
Sorry for my lateness in replying. I find I'm usually not meeting the requirements for D, although a good source to obtain it is from sunlight, so I'm probably covered. Vegetarians need to get B12 supplementation. Brewer's yeast is a source, however there is discussion that it raises IGF1 in the body, something that when it is high is related to diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
hugs
Arturo
